SBO 8.81 View Approval Detail, Fault application module name: MSVCR80.dll

Dear Expert,

SBO  suddenly closed when we open Approval Detail Document,

error in windows Event Viewer is :

current action has been done is :

- Remove C++ Distribution 2005

- Reinstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)"

- Restart Client PC

but the problem still same.

Windows client version is Windows 7 32bit

Please help me to handle this error
