Index Schedule doesn't run

We are trying to use SAP Explorer Version 14.1.2 Build 1121 in BOBJ 4.1 SP2 environment.

When we setup index scheduling with an enterprise account, we do see a "timer" icon shows up in Status but it doesn't actually kick off the index build process. No errors but the latest index timestamp doesn't change as well.

1. No failures or error messages

2. "Index Now" works fine and last index timestamp will be changed once we do "index now"

3. After index scheduled time passed, I log out and log back into BOBJ environment. The scheduled job disappeared but the last index timestamp has not been changed.

Any ideas of the fix? Do we need to turn on any services?
