GRC AC: Existing assignment for Multiple user

Into the Access Request form is it possible to see the Existing assignment button for a Multiple users?

Hi Sara,

by design this option is not possible in standard solution for multiple users. If you would to enable this - you need to go for custom solution.

Is there a OSS note where SAP indicates this behaviour? Is there a SAP Idea for this topic? I would like to have something more "official" to show to my customers.

Hi Sara

I just know it from practical perspective - system behavior. User in multiple users are segregated in a new/separate tab - all users at one list and Existing assignment button is not there. Existing assignment button is valid when you select request type as single user (self or other).

For sure this can be ABAP adopted, but I was referring to standard solution available or customize in configuration.
