BO Explorer has very less data compared to MultiProvider?

Dear Experts,

I am facing the issue related to the BO Explorer base on Universe created on a MultiProvider: No filters applied.

The issue is;

We have 3 cubes CubeA, CubeB and Cube C. CubeA is our main focus and other two cubes are for additional fields required to show.

CubeA has around 860K records and other two cubes have around 1 Million Records.

But When I create an Information Space, I am getting only 9 records to show after Indexing. CubeA data has not being shown even. It is showing only the values from CubeB (9 Records).

Any Help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

a few questions to begin please -

1. what's your BO version and SP please?
2. Is this an olap UNV or relational UNX ?
3. how about if you simplify, and try pointing to a single dataprovider (cube) first?  does that index?
4. when you're running the index, can you see the workprocess running OK in SM50 ?
5. are there any terminations in St22 in bw?
