Customizing requets submission screen

Former Member

Hi,

We have the requirement to remove some fields in the request submission screen of our GRC 10.0.

We are using Template based Request types.

I have gone through the posts

But this addresses only standard request submission and not the template based request submission.

I also have read that it is not possible for Template based request submission. Can anyone confirm this ?

Regards,

Vinaya

Hi Vinayalaxmi,

If you want to control fields in your access request screen based on template then create End User Personalization (EUP) IDs specific for each template.

In each EUP ID for selected template you can customize fields according to your requirement

Madhu.

Hi Madhu,

Thanks for the reply.

But the field which we want to hide cannot be done via EUP.

Please find the screenshot of the field which we want to hide.

Hi,

Open the application in admin mode by appending SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X for your application and select the field/column which you want to hide->Right click to hide it(where you can see options).

No coding required.

Thanks

We removed several tabs, added new fields, and inserted text on the different access request screens.  We use templates.

We got as far as we could using EUP.  Where EUP was lacking we implemented controls using a cutom auth object that was coded by our development team.

Thanks,

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the reply.

I just want to confirm if the field which we want to remove can be done only via code change.

Vinaya
