Hello Vickie,

You need to have S-User Id in order to access that link.

I tried to attach it as pdf but it is not allowed. Put some parts below as picture.

You'd better have s-user id and see all related notes.

Hi Vickie,

Full details are in the PAM, or Product Availability Matrix, at http://support.sap.com/pam. However, as you've discovered, you must have an "S-user" customer account to access that. You may need to ask your SAP support team, or Basis resource to get into that, and possibly request an ID for you if you are part of the support team.

NWBC 4 comes in both an HTML and Desktop version, and both versions have dependencies on the browser as well as your backend NetWeaver release. Do you know if you are using the desktop or the browser-based version of NWBC? And do you know your SAP NetWeaver release and Support Pack level? Also, can you provide the patch level of NWBC, if it's the desktop version?

IE 11 is supported, but only as of certain patch levels for either NetWeaver or NWBC. NWBC 4.0 Desktop requires at least patch 13 to support IE 11.

Regards,

Matt

Hi

Thanks for you info

Have you set the IE11 - " Compatibility View Settings" ?

Could you follow the steps to do the setting in IE11 and then check the same NWBC page

  1. To open the IE Developer Tools press F12
  2. On left side change to the options "Emulation"
  3. Change the "Documents modus" to 5
  4. Change the "Browser Agent" to "Internet Explorer 7"
