Hi,

We have build up internal stages in FB like from source CFS-POL and from POD to destination CFS and finally to consignee .Now when we put in actual departure and arrival time in the internal stages in FB, not all entries are updated in torexe table. Is there any std logic which is not allowing the system to update in database

Hi Dipak,

normally the standard functionality supports this scenario. Stages from CFS -> POL and POD -> CFS should be reflected as expected events in the freight booking event handler and as soon as actual departure and arrival times are reported, the execution information should be updated accordingly.

Why this is not working in your case is hard to say, since you did not provide any details (screenshot of stages of freight booking, screenshot of expected events, how departure/arrival is reported,...)

In that case if we have a single event like vessel departure , does the event gets updated only  when departure /arrival time is updated in stages tab?

Also does internal stage refers to only CFS scenarios?

Step by Step SAP TM 8.1 Ocean Freight Scenario how it updates events in Execution tab (check page number 50 after) for Origin CFS -> PoL -> PoD -> Destination CFS.
