Hello Subramani,

      Depends on which release of SAP CLM/Sourcing you have. If you are using SAP Sourcing 10.0 then it is suggested to adopt the New CLM Docx generation service ( You pretty much get a solution out of the box and very little configuration is needed to get started).

The SAP Sourcing configuration guide provides you the necessary details.

You can also look on SDN for additional information including webcasts and documents.
