Screen Enhancement for CC03/CC33

hello all,

how to do menu enhancement for tcode: cc02/cc03. or cc32/cc33

i want to add new button at header of Transaction for printing the Smart form developed for Engineering Change.

please send me the solution in details asap, i am new to this standard tcode enhancement.
