Different currency of company code and Sales Org

Dear Experts,

Does anybody know that whether it'll cause problem if the currency of a sales org and the related company code  are different? And what would the currency of a sales org affect? Thanks.

For such type of queries, you can very well get the required information if you test in your system and I don't think, you have tested on your own before posting here.  Being an old member, no need to stress the importance of adhering to SCN rules.
