PDF STUCK

Good Day

please be kind enough to assist me in this matter.

i am running SAP Business One 8.81

whenever trying to export a document into PDF like a sales quotation, the users hang for about 3 minutes

before the document populates in PDF.

This only started after a power failure in the area.

Please advise urgently.

I have tried re installing adobe reader but i still have the same error.

even if i click on "print preview" it takes about 3 minutes to load.

please advise

Hi Hasim,

You try reinstalling the adobe reader?

This occurrs in all your machines and the server?
