Is there any possibility to attach characteristics to a BOM?

Your question is not clear can you please elaborate more on your requirement.

If you want to see the BOM item batch classification you can select the line item then click on Extras from Menu bar then click on Batch Classification.

If you are talking about assigning any Long text then you can insert same in item details Status/Lng Text same way you can attach documents in Document Assgmt.

Hi!!

For example in material master there is a tab called "Classification" in which user is able to attach clases and therefore characteristics´values to a material. I would like to do the same for BOM´s.

Is there any possibillity?

Arizkuren,

As far as I know No because Classification data is only relevant to configurable BOMs (variant configuration). You can only maintain classification data in the BOM item data set for configurable BOMs.
