We have introduced a new step in workflow(i.e. to introduced 'Withdraw' Option to withdraw the taks at a dialogue step). How do we synchronize the old work items with the new workflow steps?
Since workflows supports versions , all the old workitems that were triggered on the old version will be using the old version only. The only way to get all the old workflow cancelled by WF-ADMIN and restart them again.
