Hi everyone

We are using sap bo 4.1 enterprise. We have about 3000 reports. My question is platform search.%95 of reports appear, about %5 of reports doesnt appear on bi launch pad when users search reports.

There is no new reports. All reports are old.Platform search scheduling works twice a day(totally 6 hours).

What is the reason or problem. Why cant Platform search scheduling  index all peports. Why does it ignore some reports.

Thanks

Hi Ismail,

The Platform search workflow too involves Rights and security when a User performs search

Hence, you can check if a particular user has any denied right over viewing

Hello,

did you checked that all content will be indexed? Maybe are these 5 % of missing Reports Crystal Reports Documents and you are not indexing Crystal Reports Documents?!
