Budget Carry forward error CJCO & CJI3 & S_ALR_87013558

Dear All,

When I executed CJ32 to carry forward budget.

The system show error message about budget exceeded and budget exhausted.

Then I check CJCO & CJI3 & S_ALR_87013558.

The results as following:

CJCO carry forward 2015   = $ 4,531,652

CJI3 Actual                         = $ 4,531,652

S_ALR_87013558 Actual  = $ 4,842,267

The S_ALR_87013558 actual value is not equal to CJCO or CJI3.

I think this error message because the variance -305,863.

Could you any one of you have idea on this?

Your help and suggestions on this is highly appreciated

Hello Stanley,

CJI3 that is actual line items report has a limit on a number of line items, so it just might not show all of them.  Consider correct the figure from reports based on total tables.

I am not clear what kind of budget you are trying to carry forward from 2014 if your actual cost prior to 2015 is bigger than the budget.  Do you have availability control on the total budget or on the annual budget?

Hi,

Please use the Standard SAP program BPCARRYF (Available as on ECC5.0 ) to analyze the budget carryforward for Projects.

Hello Stanley,

Please deactivate availability control CJBW, Run CJEN, CJBN and then activate availability control again.

Also try running correction program BPDIST03.
