regarding Settlement in work order ?

Dear Guru's,

i am confused in settlement and i wanna ask you something  about the settlement. my question is in my company about 2 year the have settle the work order in sap PM only not in account mean in account dept. they have no knowledge about  this and they don't know about it.

when they settled the account of these work order then all work order will be settled then with this t-code kO8G but i don't want to be settle all order i want to be settle only month wise order is that possible or not if possible then plz tell me the way.

Please create the Variant for KO8g As below and run KO8G by mentioning your created Variant.In variant you need give  Created On Date range so only those work order get selected which are created in  in date range which you mentioned in variant.
