TM document flow

Hi,

For shipper scenario, when I view TM status tab in VA02 to view the document flow, the OTR etc is not displayed and it gives me message- document flow is not retrieved for logical system.Can you let me know how to overcome this

Finally please check an OTR is created in TM?

Secondly check whether following interfaces are configired.

BusinessDocumentFlowTMInformationbyBusinessObjectReferenceQueryResponse_In

BusinessDocumentFlowTMInformationbyBusinessObjectReferenceQueryResponse_Out

Finally check whether the relevant Business functions are active.

LOG_TM_ORD_INT_II: Activate if you want to use delivery splits or update functions, or if you want to view the SAP TM business document flow and SAP TM status information in SAP ERP documents

The SO is generating output message?
