Invalid Credentials +Password reset self-service portal

Dear All,
We are using SAP GRC 5.3 in that we are using password self –service portal ,after entering the personal number use directly reset the password .
Previously its works fine, recently our production environment moved to HA system after that its not working saying “invalid Credentials after entering the personal number”
RFC is working fine in both of the systems ,I am very new to GRC.
Please advise and suggest where we need to check the logs and guide me how to resolve the error.

Made the necessary changes sin SAP GRC portal in configuration tab and now password reset portal is working finre
