Portal and transaction code

Dear expert,

I want to add a SRM tcode: SOST to the portal -content-iview.

While I use 'create iview from template' - 'SAP SRM transaction'.

I edited but not working. It seems that in the system landscape - ITS server, there are also should be configured. Then I configured, still not working.

Can you send me a guide or help for this ?

Please create iView from remote source, instead of from template.

From SICF check Webgui service is working or not,

Please execute the tcode : SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL
