SAP HCM Testing.
I Implemented HCM project with the following Modules:
and I want to know before going to the live phase:
what is the most practical Methodology for HCM Testing (Functional Testing)
note:another company will perform the testing.
Testing has to be done Under PA is:
1. Hiring, Promotion, Transfer, all type of actions...!
2. According to client requirement screen modification, header modification etc............!
3. Info group for info types for Personnel actions & info type menus in PA30 and so on.......!
Testing has to be done Under OM is:
Just need to look only for Org structure is perfect or not....!
Testing has to be done Under TM is:
1. Paid absences and deducting quotas...!
2. Unpaid absences based that amount is gonna deducted or not...!
3. If is there any OT scenarios and attendance types...!
Testing has to be done Under PY is:
1. basic is coming perfect or not?
2. All additional pay components & recurring payments or coming not?
3. All statutory deductions like PF, ESI, LWF, INCOME TAX etc........!
