Context Error Creation - Document Assignment Block

Hello Solman Experts,

Running into a rather strange issue with the Document Assignment Block. When I try to add a document (which resides in a Solman Project) to the Document Assignment Block in a RFC it gives me an error saying - "Context Creation Error". Would really appreciate if you guys can share your experiences if you have run into similar issues. Here are the steps with screenshots.

1. Go to the Documents Assignment Block and add a document.

2. The document shows that it has been added.

3. As soon as I hit Save, I get the following error.
