Color of MenuTitleText

Hello,

does anybody know how to change the color of the MenuTitleText in Contemporarymenu-menus.

I can't find nearly no informations about that option.

Hi Roy,

this is not a solution but only an additional info.

I've noted that the menu title text color is set to white automatically by PB, when the titlebackcolor property is set to a dark color, for example Navy.

Hi Roy;

1) You can change this property in the Menu Painter.

2) You can not change this at run-time as the property is write protected.

Hi Chris,

I know that I can change the color of the menutext in the menuepainter - and that works. But I want to change the color of the MenuTitleText. The color of the MenuTitleText is always a sad black and I want change it.

For whose who dont't know this option: MenuTitleText is that black vertical text on the left side of a menu. Only available in contemporarymenu-style.

Any idea? Thank you for your support

Hi Roy;

  As you will notice from my posting .. the SystemWrite privilege means that you can not modify this property from your PowerScript code. In order to have this restriction changed, SAP would have to lift this restriction in the Menu object class/compiler code. Thus, you need to submit an enhancement request (which I have no idea how to do with SAP) for this to fdeature to be enabled.

I hope that they will add it as a proberty in the menu painter.
