BOP Issue MAD change after Delivery completed
I need some inputs in BOP results part. We are using batch BOP.
We have observed an issue where BOP has updated MAD in sales order despite the order has been delivered (DN & PGI created) just few hours before planned BOP start timings. Coincidentally, we did observe ECC-APO queue stuck issue just before BOP start & queue rush (~100k APO inbound) lasted for few hours after BOP.
Due to inbound queue being stuck, APO could not have received Delivery update from ECC and it picked the sales order in the Filter; but once BOP was finished, it should have not changed the MAD dates in sales orders, as order status was already changed. Ideally it should receive error.
But in this case, MAD was updated. When we looked into BOP_results, we could see that the result update was "Rejected". The warning message for this order displayed as - "order xxxxx/000 has not been updated".

Can you please suggest what might have went wrong here and where to look into?
