Is there a way to customise the "If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator." message on the launchpad login screen?

I have customised the BI lauchpad login screen for Business Objects 4.1 SP4 patch 5 deployment.

My last challenge is to change the "If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator." message to something more relevant to our company such as "If you have login issues or require access, contact the ISD on <phone number>."

Does anyone know where I can change this string?
