Getting error while loading data to Infoobject 0CRM_PROD

Issue while loading data to Infoobject 0CRM_PROD

The DTP fails with dump while loading to Infoobject 0CRM_PROD.The dump message says "Storage form of product ID not yet defined in Customizing".

We are getting dump even though we have maintained the same setting for "Define Output Format and Storage Format of Product IDs" in both CRM and BI system.

Attached is the complete st22 dump.

Any help will be good to receive.

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

We have reactivated transformations but the issue still persists.

We were not able to push manually and try it.

Hi,

Please share some more details from short dump.

Can you reactivate your transformations. Delete the failed request and again reload it.

Can you share your dtp monitor whole screen. mean i need to see tool bar screen.

From Menu Request-->Push manually - is it able to see to use. if yes then select failed data packet and you can use that option(push manually).

From OSS Note 685646 'Form of storage for product ID not defined':

"Solution

BI Content releases lower than 3.53:

Define the form of storage for the product ID in the BW system. To do this, call transaction SE16, enter COMC_PR_FORMAT_B as the table name and make an entry. When you create an entry, copy the values for the individual fields in the same way as for the entry in the COMC_PR_FORMAT table of the connected CRM system. Finally, save your settings.

BI Content release 3.53 or higher:

As of BI Content release 3.53, the 0PROD_ID InfoObject uses the PRID1 conversion exit instead of the PRIDB conversion exit. The settings for the PRID1 conversion exit are stored in the COMC_PR_FORMAT table. When the above error message appears in the Customizing, define the form of storage of the product ID. To do this, follow the following path in the SAP reference IMG: SAP Customizing Implementation Guide --> Cross-Application Components --> SAP Product --> Global Settings --> Define output display and form of storage of the product ID."
