How to audit report activity?

Hi,

I am trying to find out around what days/times the reporting activity is high, and when does it have performance issues. 

I currently have alerts setup on Crystal Processing servers, but would like to know what method can be followed to see routines per week, or per month.

You can use Auditing universe for your first question (Reporting activity  like view, modify, refresh etc, capture all events, sum it up by day).

But for 2nd question, you may need to use Monitoring DB . Before that you need to setup the metrics/watchlist.

thank you, will there be a way to find history of performance issues if metrics aren't set?
