security to access reports on iphone

Hi All,

Unable to see reports on Iphone when I add my user id into administrator group i can see reports.

given full control on my personal category and mobile category and web intelligence application as well.

I am missing small point and not able to get the missing point.

Hi Rajkiran,

just to make sure have you done the following.

1) In the CMC created the 2 categories (Mobile and Mobile Designed)

2) Assigned the reports to those categories

3) Also given the user the rights to the folder (View / View on demand) where the reports are

4) On the Mobile application given rights also

If you create a brand new user and give do the above systematically you should be ok.
