Lumira Cloud Visualization hangs

Hi

I can log into Lumira cloud but visualization just hangs nothing happens. Can some one tell me why this is?

We don't have a licenced desktop version as yet. The data was loaded directly to the cloud and when I first did the upload many months ago I was able to see the visualization. Also SAP Sales loaded some data directly as a demo. I can see that all the data sets are still there.

Can someone help?

Hi Adrian - which browser are you using with Lumira Cloud?  This recently released KBA says IE9 is no longer supported by Lumira Cloud/Server - http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2114565

Hi Tammy

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes we are using IE 9. I will now try it with my Ipad and check if that makes a difference.
