GL totals BW cube - 2014 ending balances not coming into 2015

Hello,

Our 2014 ending balances in our GL totals BW cube are not coming into 2015.  Only 2015 activity is populating the 2015 cube.  Any advice??

It looks like our 0BALANCE is not really a cumulative balance.  Not sure what to do.

May be its filter in DTP Or it may be semantically partitioned objects based on year.

There are three ways you can achieve this problem.

1 Including 2014 year in 2015 DTP filter

2 Writing routine in 2015 transformation and populate 2014 "Balance"

3 Creating multiprovider on 2014 and 2015 objects and create/change report.

Please try any one of this.

Thank you Nanda - changing the DTP filter seems easiest, but wouldn't that pull in all 2014 data, not just the ending balances?

You can create two reports for 2014 and 2015 and include in one workbook , another way.

Thank you Nanda - we've noticed there's a start routine on our 2014 transformation that calculates the 0BALANCE.  This start routine is not included in our 2015 transformation.  So I'm guessing that was your #2 above?  I think we're going to try to see if we can create that start routine for 2015.
