Hi All,
We are facing one issue in Customer master (XD02).
Sometime back we have removed contact person entry from customer master (XD02) which was removed by system successfully but missed to remove contact person mail id from table (ADR6).Do you have any idea why this entry was not deleted from table?
Thank you,
Chandrasekar Balan
OSS notes
486977 - Deletion reports for inconsistent addresses
and
510820 - Deletion report for addresses that are no longer referenced
have several reports within. Do a test run with these reports to see if it is a real inconsistency.
If your address is listed, then follow the advice given in the note

Hm, this looks like a glitch but might as well be "The Design". In ADR6 there is the field FLG_NOUSE as well as some validity dates, perhaps these fields are set instead of the permanent record deletion. Keep in mind that the records are not always permanently deleted from the database - e.g. for the customer master records the deletion indicator is set instead.
You could test the email deletion in a test system with the SQL trace on (ST05) to see how exactly the database is updated. If you feel it's an error then feel free to open an incident with SAP.

Chandra,
Could you paste the image of customer where you removed the contact person? (or is this a partner?)
In General data, field email address - if email is maintained here, then it will reflect in ADR6.
