Copy Plan Values in Budget Values

Hi Gurus,

I planned on WBS element with CJR2 using three cost element. I want to copy plan values of only two cost element planned.

I use the transaction CJ30.

Is it possible? How can I do?

Hi Nicola,

It is not possible to exclude the selective planned cost in CJ30. As the planning done in CJR2 for a particular WBS will be displayed under the planned cost column in CJ30. It is the whole value which comes in the column.

You need to do this manually. Or else you can write a program to achieve this, but it maybe an overkill..

Hi Nicola,

Is not possible to create a Bugdet using cost elements, the Bugdet construction in CJ30 is by an Object (WBS Element).

You can create one Plan Version using just the cost elements that you want to use in your Bugdet, than you can select it in CJ30 and copy it.
