Hi everybody, we just started with SAP Solution Manager 7.1 current service pack and we are looking for a different layout in Web UI regarding to the Incident Management. We prefer to share the screen with the assingment block "Details" on the left side and the assignment block "Text" on the right side. The remaining assigment blocks e.g. Service Level Management, Business Partner, SAP Collaboration should not appear as Assignment Blocks, but as a register below. In the german translation of "IT-Service Management mit dem SAP Solution Manager" you will find an example on page 170.
Is there anybody who could give me an advice?

Hi Joachim,
First you need to create a Custom Business Role. This is a step of SOLMAN_SETUP transaction and you can give some tips there
Keep sure if you created a Role Configuration Key first, because this will be the master piece to start to enhance the screen making some personalizations. You can make the RCK on IMG Path: Customer Relationship Management > UI Framework > Technical Role Definition > Define Role Configuration Key. Just copy from SOLMANPRO and assign in your custom Business Role.

Now you can personalize the screen for this Business Role - eg create new fields, change behaviour as obligatory, ...
