SAP Data services Object transport via Promotion Management?

Hi,

I am using SAP BODS 4.0 version.

Is it possible to transport objects via Promotion Management from Dev to QA or QA to Prod?

I have read that in Administrators guide of Data Services 4.2, it is possible.

Whether it is possible to use Promotion Management for Data Services Object transport in SAP BODS 4.0?

Kindly help on this.

Data Services Object Promotion Management was introduced in version 4.2.
