R100 free goods determination

hi

The system automatically created a free goods sub- item for the order with purchase

order number ##LO605-ZA##14. The system runs pricing for this sub-item even

though it is free of charge.

Later i will give discount r100.but i need to know the settings like requirment 55???

Need to know what are the settings to do that in IMG??

Should i do something in determine item category for free good item like

ZA## / NORM / FREE / blank. but am not able to give blank in item category field??

Hi,

check the item cat for ur sub item- TANN

in pricing procedure :<b> R100 should assign to it with req-55, altcbv-28</b>,

assign free goods determination procedure to that sales doc type.

ornormfree+tan=tann

hi Raj,

I did settings in "control pricing for item categories" like tann-->X

In maintain pricing procedure, i put r100, then pop up came like this "Standard

proposal for CTyp R100 Req = 055, Calfor= 000 Basfor = 028". I did the same for

requirement and basefor. i couldnt find Calfor=000.

After that i created salesorder with free goods.......price is coming in TANN....but if

i enter r100....its saying "requirements are not fulfilled for condition type r100"

maintain the Free goods pricing procedure,

IMG-SD-BF-Free goods-Condition tech for free goods

then create free goods condtion record for NA00- VBN1,

maintain the standard pricng procedure eg: RVAA01- maintain

NRAB 59 29

now create order.

dont forget to maintain item category determination.

u shouldnt enter R100 condition type in sales order.

hi Raj,

I did the same thing for simple free goods determination and is working fine. I mainatined freee goods pricing procedure and created condition record in vbn1 too..This one is like i wana give price for tann and later give discount 100%.

i maintain item category determination lik ethis-->

salesdocumnt-item category-ususage-higher level

zgor-norm-free=tan

zgor-norm-free-tan=tann.

what is the use of nrab condition type????

if am not entering r100, how can i get the discount for priced tann items??? where can i see that one???

i did the same what u asked for...stilll not getting

Hi Gafoor,

The requirement 55 for R100 checks that the item category TANN in its pricing has the value ' B '. And only when this is true the condition is accessed.

<b>Inclusive Free Goods without Item Generation</b>

The standard system provides pricing procedure RVAA01 and condition type NRAB.

Condition type NRAB is set up as follows:

It does not determine a discount from a condition record. It uses condition basis formula 029 in the pricing procedure to determine a discount from the free goods factor.

The condition receives the new pricing requirement 059 in the pricing procedure. This requirement checks whether free goods have already been determined.

The condition type receives condition category f. This condition category ensures that the condition is redetermined every time the quantity is changed, since this can also mean a change to the free goods quantity.

Hi,

If you are using free goods with item generation use R100, and for free goods without item generation use NRAB.
