issues with Payload trace

Hi All,

I have been experiencing some issues related to payload trace.

I activate the performance trace and payload trace using /iwfnd/traces transaction in Gateway hub. My performance trace seems to work pretty well and captures all the information/URLs that pass through GW Hub. However, I observed that payload trace doesn't capture all the URLs.

Could any of you please state the reason for this partial capture of information ?

Also, sometimes the payload trace doesn't capture anything at all, though the URLs pass straight through the GW Hub.. while performance trace captures the same URLs.

Are there any settings/configurations that needs to be done ?If so, kindly let me know.

Hi Manvitha,

in Transaction - /iwfnd/traces go to Menu Bar just click on Add users and in the configurations below make all the logs and traces active and it should work perfectly fine for you

Hi Srikanth,

Yes, I have added my User ID and activated the traces. I can see the URLs that are fired from client captured in performance trace. But,sometimes, the same set of URLs are not visible in payload trace.
