Conversion of Milliseconds in to DateFormat(MM/DD/YY) in SAPUI5

Hi Experts,

Iam trying to convert milliseconds(874368000000) into date format(Sep 16 ,1997)  in SAPUI5 and Iam using the milliseconds data from JSON.

Can any one of you help me.

Thanks for suggesting the above link.It helped me and also I searched on google..Atlast I got some post related to Date Format

http://http://scn.sap.com/thread/3372147  .I tried the with correct answer code ,but I am facing  with the error as response is not defiened in var value1= JSON.stringify(response.X_date); line . Do you have any idea why this error occurs.
