Hello Experts,
I have Live system for B1i where one of scenario PO2SO is stuck up in queue and If I check queue there are almost 125 documents in queue.
Can anyone help me, how to post documents to DB through this queue?
Thanks,
Bhavank
Hi,
I tried to restart services which clear queue, which was not accepted solution. We used SQL script to find missing documents and re-posted.
I guess this is not correct way but as a quick solution, It was helpful.
Thanks,
Bhavank

Hi,
please also check in Monitoring -> Message Log for "Last Exception".
The exception message should help to find the root cause.
In case the you don't get any exception and the queue does still not process, following SAPNote might solve it: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2108420

Hi bhavank gajjar,
Check your logsettings and your monitor. In your monitor you can debug your steps (depending on your logsettings).
Maybe you can find the error and correct this, or remove the message from your queue.
I assume that one of the messages isn't processing correctly and the other messages are waiting on that message.

Hi bhavank gajjar,
Please check following steps to resolve your problem.
1. In B1if-->Monitoring -->message log- use retry option for each steps
or
2. In B1if-->Monitoring->DB Queue monitoring - execute pending messages
