Automatic calculation of actual days between shipment start and end date

hello all,

1. how system automatically calculates actual day between shipment start and shipment end when we have to enter shipment end date and who will enter that date (is it in migo)

2. can we define two g/l account in vi01 (shipment cost calculation)  one for direct sale boxes and other for stock transfer boxes

3. how can we calculate late deduction amount automatically in miro in case of delay in shipment.

please help me...

We enter shipment start and end date manually in shipment document. System doesn't calculate it automatically. What automatically calculated date you are talking about? When and who is depends on your business process. Usually distribution department enters this date when relevant stage comes during shipment process.

I don't think so we can define two GLs but since I am not an MM expert and this account determination is in MM so I might be wrong. As per my limited knowledge in MM this account determination comes from OBYC GBB and VBR general modifies under outward freight valuation class. This is same for sale order and STO  deliveries so it looks impossible using standard account determination.

3. how can we calculate late deduction amount automatically in miro in case of delay in shipment.

For this please search with text Late deduction fee in MIRO in SAP or post it separately in MM because it comes in MM domain. I have no idea about it.
