Hi all,

i want to send notification email to waitlisted participants who automatically

moved to booked list when someone cancels participation.

i want to achieve this through config.

pls help in this regard.

The configuration area for the desired activity is here:  IMG > Training & Event Management > SAP Learning Solution > Training Management > Day-to-Day Activities > Correspondence > Request-based Correspondence > Correspondence Generation > Define Notification Group

Check the notification group "1020 - Rebook Participation" then go to Triggering Events in this same view table. Activities  TOPF & TOPP should point to group 1020.
