I would start at the Overview page of the community where you posted your question.  Lots of good documentation.  Look over Web IDE content as well.  There is probably a fair bit of SAPUI5 stuff mentioned there as well as information on how to implement changes in apps which are based mostly on SAPUI5.

Here is a custom Google search which will focus a search upon SAP resources like SCN but also help documentation and other resources from Services Marketplace.
