Migration of Report Instances within BI 4.1 Environments

How can be migrate report instances of a report from one environment to other environment.

Have done multiple migrations, this is the first time, where there is a requirement to migrate the reports along with their instances.

Currently we are on BI 4.1 SP2 Patch 6 and using Promotion Management. Tried reading SAP Admin guide, there is no where mentioned about selecting report instances along with the reports. 1

Hi,

In the Promotion Management select your job and then select settings -->job settings. Select the "Show completed instances in Manage Dependencies page" option.

Edit your job and select the manage dependencies. If you do not see the instance you may have to select the refresh button.
