Screen Personas 2.0 Language Login

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to log to screen personas 2.0 in different languages by standard (no translation required as in ). I can access the satellite system via SAPGUI on EN, ES and PT.

But when I access through [customerhostname]:[customerport]/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp

No matter which is the language I choose it always shows English. I do need to be able to login on any of these languages. Please help.

Try adding this parameter to the URL you use to launch SAP Screen Personas:

sap-language=EN

You would replace EN with ES or PT or whatever, as needed.

Thanks a lot Peter. It does works and I guess we can build links, but is there any way to get it to take the value from the logon screen?

Hi Facundo,

You can select logon language in any of the following ways:

* Enter logon language at login screen

* Enter URL parameter &sap-language=PT

* Add "Sap.Language" parameter with "PT" value in manage systems screen.

This will set the system language for your target system also. But for Personas editor, you still need to select the language from the dropdown at bottom right corner irrespective of the logon language.

Options 1 and 3 are not working. Only entering the URL parameter &sap-language=PT is. Is there any configuration I'm not taking into account?

Hi Facundo,

There is no other configuration required. I would suggest you to open a message with HTTP and R3 connection to source and target systems.
