Workcenter_how to have 3 levels

Hi everyone,

I am customizing workcenters and I am wondering if it is possible to have 3 levels. Picture will explain better than words:

Here I have Sales Cycle with a sub menu Sales Planning that will then lead to another menu with links Campaigns, Leads, Opportunities,etc...

Is it possible to create those levels? I have only found how to create Sales Cycle > Sales Planning.

Hi Anais,

There are only 2 level navigation allowed by the Web Client UI framework.

It is around 13 MB article - may give you problems with some browsers.

Instead of opening it directly - try to right click and save on the desktop and then open.

Hi Anais,

As ankit explained it is possible to have only 2 level navigation in sap crm web ui , but if it is your requirement then i can suggest Enterprise Portal to achieve this.

In Enterprise Portal we can have more than 2 level navigation along with the concept called Top Menu .
