Hi Experts,
I am triggering mail through workflow but i am not getting mail.
When i checked in SWEL my event is triggering , but i am not able to track my work item in SWI1.
I have delegated the Business object IDOCAPPL to ZACC_INV.
I have added one event email notification and i have added the code to trigger Email using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
I have linked business object and event in the task.
When i reprocess IDOC using we19, i am able to trace my event, but in SWI1 i am not able to see my workitem.
Even mail is also not triggering.
Please let me know what might be the issue.
Regards,
Zubera

Hi Zubera
the workflow has not been triggered....there is no "Work item" Button at the top of the screen. Hence no email.
The WF-BATCH logon data is incorrect. Perform SWU3 config in your system - Maintain Runtime Environment-> Execute "Configure RFC Destination once again to set the WF-BATCH password.

Hi,
step one is to determine if your event-->workflow setup is correct.
You can use transactions SWU0 to simulate events and SWUE to execute an event.

Hi Zubera
Can you please share the screen shot of your SWEL first and second screens (after double click)?

Hello,
You can see your event in SWEL. There you should also be able to see (by double-clicking on it) the workitem id of the workflow that was started.
If no workflow was started then you should first check that your workflow has that event as a starting event and if that link has been activated. SWEQADM is where you can see if an error caused it to be deactivated.
