SAP B1 - Manage item cost per company excluded freezone warhouses

Hello all,

Did anyone come across a way of doing item cost per company except free zone warehouses ? Some customers have more than one warehouse locally with the same items cost, also they have the same items in free zone with different cost ( without customs... etc ), they may either sell directly from free zone or move the items into their warehouses locally after paying customs... etc.

Any way around this in SAP B1 ? I think lots of customers need this since the different cost between local market (more than warehouse) and free zone shouldn't affect each other.

Hi Khaleel

you question is quite important , but as far as i understand your question , you are focusing on the cost module applied on inventory items per warehouse .. like moving average or FIFO , etc.. and i believe if you put this question in supply chain area in this community may MM consultant can inform you how to apply different valuation approach per plant.
