Hi All,
Could you please let me know the solutions for my doubts given below.
1. How to add/delete work centers to particular business role in c4c?
2. Where can we maintain user specific authorizations in c4c?
3. Where can we do all functional configurations?
I am new to this system, so kindly explain me in detail.
Please help me.

Hello Maddy,
If you have admin rights then you can access the application & user management work center and select the Business role view and click New to create a new one. You can also refer to the Online help center document from you C4C system by searching for "Business Roles Quick Guide" & "Business Users Quick Guide" for the steps on how to create and assign users.
