adobe form utilies version

there is a problem in portal

for all the users in forms, The attachment option(paper clip icon) in the Adobe forms for employee process does not work . The attachment button which is enhanced in utilities does work

1)is  there  any option to configure it to work from portal

2)i wan to know what version is supported and what version is not supported(adobe form utilies) in portal and how these are configured in portal

For Point1: We need more information like what the porblem/requirement is, Portal verison, etc.

Hi Prithviraj,

we are using the netweaver 7.3

as a portal admin, i want to hide the area of complete adobe utilites

when we are opening an form an adobe utilites are apearing on left side of the form but not working. it is a standard object

can I have any option to hide it

Please go through the below help.sap.com link on this, under the section "Display of the Adobe Reader Navigation Panel and the Print Button"

This can also be achived by pressing F4 in adobe form, but yes you have to do this each time you open the adobe form.
