CTS+ Transport Issue after PI 7.31 (Dual Stack) Upgrade

We are facing version mismatch issue when we create transports from our Dev system and try to import them in subsequent systems. Both Dev and other QA and prod systems are at same verions.

Everytime we have to overide this error by chossing 'Ignore' option.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Is there any chance that this is beacuse of version incompatability b/w PI and CTS+ versions? Is there a matrix which shows what should be the CTS+ version we should be using with SAP Pi 7.31?

Does this resolve and give you same version as in Dev. Also does this happen with your ESR obj and ID obj as well?
