Budget error

Hi Experts,

I have a issue with budget error with one of the project.

In report S_ALR_87013558, Assigned budget of 498 is shown on the WBS element CV/0017-2-01-02-01-01-06 but in CJ30 and CJ32 the same value is shown on the higher level WBS element CV/0017-2-01-02-01-01.

I have run CJEN and then CJBN but still the difference remains.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Plz check in CJ32 on mentioned WBS whether same amount in Current budget exist or not, If it exist than select that WBS element  and go to edit->copy view->current budget-> select 100% . after this select all WBS element than go to edit->total up and save it. Hope it will resolve your issue.

Hi Shynu,

Can you release the 6500 OMR which is available in CJ30 but not released in CJ32 and then reconstruct the database using CJEN and CJBN.
