I have a crystal report whose data structure s as follows;
to number | Stop NUMBER | PO | KGS | SOHeader |
---|---|---|---|---|
100000 | 1 | PO1 | 10 | SO1 |
100000 | 2 | PO2 | 20 | SO2 |
100000 | 2 | PO3 | 30 | SO3 |
100000 | 2 | PO4 | 40 | SO4 |
Group on TO NUMBer
--------------------------------
Data
Group on Stop ID
--------------------------------
group on stop number
---------------------------------
Data
--------------------------------
Details- Suppressed as I need only one record to be shown per Stop
-------------------------------
The KGS Field is in the Group StopNumber. I cannot move it to the details section as it will violate my requirement.
Currently it shows
Stop 1
PO1 SO1 10 KGS
STOP2
PO2 SO2 20KGS
I want it to show as follows:
Stop 1
PO1 SO1 10 KGS
STOP2
PO2 SO2 90KGS
90 kgs is the sm of 20+30+40 kgs
Please help .
Thanks in advance
Hi Reshma,
Go to the Insert Summary Option > choose the KGS field as the Field to Summarize, choose Sum as the Summary Operation and place the summary on GRoup Header #2 instead of the default Report Footer (Grand Total).
